So, A Study Says Our Self Control Sort of Sucks

A Newsweek article this week reveals something surprising (at least, to me):

Generation Z (people born in the mid-nineties to the early-2000's) can delay gratification better than Generation X can. Who would have thunk it? Not me! As a mom watching her tweens/teens getting and doing everything through social media, where everything is instant, this is shocking. We, Gen X, weren't raised on such technology, so we have no excuse for less self control. Do we? #GenX #GenerationX #GenerationZ
